General Commission ToS

Client must provide clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before any commission begins.

I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.

After a request is made, I will formalize the scope of work, features, price, deliverables and other details for the project in a proposal format to be sent by the client's preferable communication method (email by default). The details set forth shall be agreed upon by the client before work begins.

Deadlines

I work fast, but with quality, this is the result of long years of practice and not some cheap work. I still give a broader deadline to take in account unforeseen events or personal matters.

If you require a shorter deadline be mindful that it will incur additional costs.

I do not work on weekends, and by default do not take them in account when calculating deadlines. Please, plan your deadlines and release dates accordingly.

I can only make exceptions to the previous clausule upon additional payment.

Payment

The payment methods I have are as follow:

100% upfront: Commission will be prioritized over other payment methods. This is the only payment option accepted for hard-set deadlines and for commissions on informal platforms.

50-50: You pay me 50% to start and 50% once final piece is delivered (see Revisions).

50-25-25: When doing concept + animation services I may split final payment in two milestones after each big deliver.

Revision

Revisions can be made after the first concept sprite is shown to the client

Revisions need to keep the same initial conceptual idea

Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

No major revision will be accepted after the static sprite is approved by the client

I will not consider complete changes of idea as revision and it will need to be re-open as a new service

I have the rights to deem the amount of revisions asked to be 'too much' and negate further revisions or ask for additional compensation
